Assisting you in managing your transnational estates

Having established working agreements with legal professionals in numerous countries, GMH has developed expertise over several years in managing transnational estates. Our team is thus able to address the specific challenges of French nationals owning foreign estate assets or foreigners with assets in France, and to consider with them the peculiarities of their situation in terms of both private international law rules on inheritance and matrimonial regimes and in fiscal matters. Similarly, the firm has developed expertise in estate matters related to the situation of expatriates.
