Estate planning strategy

We accompany you in the important choices of your life

Our Office puts its expertise and skills at the service of managing your wealth (wealth engineering, real estate expertise, tax assistance, international law, copyright).

We conduct a personalized assessment of the organization and/or status of individuals or family companies and offer legal solutions tailored to their needs, taking into account the wishes expressed by our clients through continuous dialogue.

Our “divorce” department complements our experience in the dissolution of civil partnerships, cohabitation, and the liquidation of matrimonial property regimes before or after divorce. We offer the use of the “notarial space,” a secure internet space that allows all parties involved (clients, lawyers, magistrates, and notaries) to consult and work on the case in real-time using dedicated access codes.

The family wealth law department will assist you in important life choices (marital status, organization and transmission of wealth, inheritance).

As an integral department of the Office, this service is systematically associated with the considerations of other collaborators to study the wealth-related implications of the proposed solutions or to propose more suitable alternatives.

For complex cases, think tanks between the family wealth law department and real estate operations and financing for individuals can be quickly established.

We can connect you with specialized partners if the situation requires it.
