Real estate complex, construction, and real estate promotion

We assist you in construction operations

This team is organized to  handle property development programs from the preparation of the file (legal structuring of the program, preliminary purchase agreement for the land, choice of division authorizations, land analysis, program financing contracts, etc.) to the establishment of complex real estate organization (choice of the organization regime for the real estate complex, drafting of volumetric divisions, etc.), and the signing of VEFA (Vente en l’État Futur d’Achèvement) contracts.

As a result, the firm has been involved in major projects such as the “VOGUE” program for BOUYGUES IMMOBILIER in MEUDON (92), “LE DOMAINE DES CERISIERS” in ALFORTVILLE (94) for SOGEPROM and COGEDIM, “LE CARRE” and “NEW WAVE” in MONTIGNY LE BRETONNEUX (78) for AKERA and PIERRE ETOILE, “NOUVEL’R” for SOGEPROM in NICE (06), “REFLETS” for EIFFAGE IMMOBILIER in VERSAILLES (78), “NUANCES” in CHOISY LE ROI (94) for OGIC, and even a hotel extension and a new program in L’ALPE d’HUEZ (38), the “HAMEAU DE CLOTAIRE” for H2 PROMOTION.

Furthermore, the firm is regularly called upon to participate in audits, acquisitions, or sales of real estate portfolios located throughout the entire national territory, mainly consisting of complex buildings (volumetrics, shopping centers, logistics warehouses).

The audit procedures for real estate portfolios require the implementation of multiple skills in the areas of taxation, urban planning law, construction law, and technical expertise. In these audits, the firm is involved in multi-professional working groups, composed of notaries, lawyers, accountants, and technical advisors.

In these audits, the firm is responsible either for the development of documentation by the seller in the context of private tenders (creation of “data rooms”) or for the analysis of the legal situation of the properties by prospective buyers and the detection of any legal issues. In the context of these audits, the firm is accustomed to forming dedicated teams within its organization that join multidisciplinary working groups.
